Summer vibes are strong with this week’s new music releases, from viral TikTok videos made into songs to tracks from some of the biggest names in pop, here are our top five new releases.

First up, Peggy Gou with Lobster Telephone which is from her debut album I Hear You, set to drop on 7 July. The track is named after the famous Salvador Dali sculpture by the same name, and features Gou’s South Korean vocals over a euphoric tech-house beat. Definitely one for the summer raves.

If you’ve been on TikTok over the last few weeks you won’t have missed ‘Girl On Couch’ who was confident she had made the sound of the summer, the video went viral amassing over 21m views at the time of writing. Billen Ted has made it a reality, playing her vocals over a mixed beat of Far East Movement’s ‘Like A G6’. Get ‘Man In Finance’ on your summer house music playlist, you won’t be disappointed.

Next up we have Billie Eilish, who has just released her album ‘HIT ME HARD AND SOFT’. Our top picks off the new tracks is LUNCH. Her vocals over a catchy beat, what’s not to love.

When you see a Still Woozy track has been released, you just know it’s going to be an easy listener – just take a look over his previous songs Goodie Bag, Window and Habit, you’ll know what we mean. His new track is called All Your Life is exactly the same.

Finally, we have YG Marley, Grandson of reggae icon Bob Marley, and boy can you tell. His cadence and vocals emulate his grandfathers’ perfectly. His new track is called Survival and is perfect to blast out on a sunny day.
