What happens if a flatmate leaves?
Finding a flatmate shouldn’t be a faff. We’ll handle the headache using our clever matching tool to find you a new flatmate who you’re likely to get on with. Already have a friend who wants to move in? Let our booking team know and we’ll help sort that too.
Are pets allowed?
You might be able to keep a small pet if you are renting the full apartment (not room only) or a studio and if you get a pet licence from us. Please check details with the Booking Team.
How does Union Plus Membership work?
Union Plus is the exclusive resident membership that unlocks more spaces, gym access and offers. You can choose to only rent a room on your own or with others. Or rent a room with U Plus Membership to access more. The choice is yours.
