The location is amazing, 10mins walk to anywhere around the city centre. lots of bars, restaurants around.
The building serves all my needs, and it’s so easy to live in. Base is really amazing, and they’ve got really nice staff.
Design was brilliant, very modern, and easy to access everything with pass. Any issues, reception always happily helped out! Felt safe with the locked doors. Loved having the room for deliveries.
Great place to live with great people. Bills are all included too, so that makes it much easier to budget. The staff are also very helpful and nice.

What do I get in my studio?
All studios come fully furnished with a king-size ottoman bed, fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, desk, and plenty of storage.
Do I have my own bathroom?
Yes – always. All our studios have their own ensuite bathrooms.
Do I get a TV in my studio?
Our Large and XL studios come with a 43” smart TV.
What’s the shortest amount of time I can rent a studio for?
Whilst two months is the standard shortest stay, we’re fully flexible and will do our best to accommodate your request.
What bills are included in my Studio rent?
All your bills are included in your monthly rent payment. That’s all your utilities, council tax, Wi-Fi, and TV license for the Large and XL studios that come with a TV.
Can the furniture in the Studio be removed so I can bring my own?
Sorry, we can’t swap our own gear for yours. Our Studio apartments are fully furnished for ultimate convenience. If there’s something you really want to keep hold of, speak to the team at the Front Desk about purchasing storage.
Do I need a deposit for a studio?
Living at Union doesn’t require a deposit.
Are pets allowed?
You may be able to keep a small pet if you’re renting a full apartment/studio and get a Pet Licence from us. Please check with your booking team.
How do I get parcels delivered?
Our reception team will collect and securely store parcels on your behalf. Just come down to collect it when you can. If you’re expecting a big delivery or you’ve scheduled a return collection, please be available for it.
How secure is Union?
We have multiple security measures in place to ensure your safety. That includes key fob-controlled entry points, a reception team, and CCTV monitoring throughout the building and grounds.
Is Union wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Union is fully wheelchair accessible. All of our entrances are step-free, and there is an elevator up to all floors. We also have accessible studios available.
