Can I rent the whole 2 bed apartment?
Our rooms are designed on a rent-by-the-room basis which means you only rent 1 of the ensuite bedrooms and enjoy the communal living area with a friend. If you already have a mate you want to share we can sort that too. You just each have your own room contract. So if one of you does leave you aren’t left paying their share. You can of course have the whole apartment if you need it, you would just have 2 room contracts.
What appliances are in the 2 bed communal area?
All Duo communal areas come fully furnished, with a fitted kitchen diner. You’ll get a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and 50” smart TV.
Do I have my own bathroom?
You’ll have your own private bedroom with your own private ensuite bathroom. We’re all about sharing but bathrooms not so much.
What happens if a flatmate leaves our 2 bed?
You don’t need to worry, it’s our problem not yours. If you have a friend you’d already like to live with that’s great and you get first dibs on that choice. But if you don’t have someone you want to live with we’ll find someone looking to share with someone you’re likely to get on with.
What bills are included in my room rent?
All your bills are included with your room when you live in a 2 bed apartment. Utilities, Council Tax, TV licence and WiFi.
