HOP Vietnamese, an exciting street food business known for its fast service and authentic flavours has opened its second location in Manchester right in the centre of town on the corner of Market St and Cross St.
The company was founded by Paul Hopper who was inspired by a motorbike trip through South East Asia and decided to bring the authentic ingredients he’d discovered on his travels back home.
The menu is completely customisable and has all the Vietnamese classics that you’d expect such as curries, pho noodle soup, banh mi and salads.
Since starting in London 10 years ago, the brand expanded to four locations across the capital before their first Manchester restaurant opened in the Trafford Centre last year. Positive reviews praise the spices and speed of the service. Orders are taken on a big screen inside for takeaway and office catering is also available.
The city centre Hop Vietnamese branch will be bigger than the one in the Trafford Centre and will be two floors with a digital jukebox, banquets and even disco selfie booths. Guests will be able to choose the music being played inside.
Vietnamese restaurants and street food have proved popular in Manchester in recent years with Viet Shack in the Arndale Market also opening a restaurant in Ancoats alongside Pho Cue in Chinatown.
