How does U+ Membership work?
U+ is our resident-only membership that unlocks more spaces. As a U+ member, you’ll enjoy access to our fully-equipped gym, co-working area, clubrooms, lounges, laundry credit, and exclusive discounts at nearby businesses. A U+ membership is an additional £90 per month, on top of your rent.
What's included in the U+ membership?
Once you sign up for your U+ Membership, you’ll have exclusive access to our gym, discounts, workspaces, bookable spaces, socials and events, members’ lounges, and free laundry!
How do I sign up?
Signing up to U+ is super easy. You can either let the Booking Team know when you book your room, ask the Resident Contracts Team or simply ask the reception desk.
How much does the membership cost?
The U+ Membership costs £90 per month in addition to your monthly rent.
Can I cancel my U+ Membership at any time?
Absolutely. U+ is fully flexible with a 30 days’ notice period. To cancel, please email your request to residentcontracts@liveunion.com.
Can I bring non U+ members into the Gym and Co-Work?
Unfortunately, no. U+ areas are for members only. However, we do offer Gym Day Passes for £15, available to all Union residents.Â
How do I cancel my U+ Membership?
Please email your cancellation request to residentcontracts@liveunion.com and we’ll get it sorted.
How do I sign up for the U+ Membership?
You can add a U+ Membership to your booking when you choose your room. If you decide to become a U+ Member after you’ve moved in, email your request to residentcontracts@liveunion.com and we’ll get you set up.
Do U+ members have access to both Union West and Union East amenity spaces?
Yes. If you’re a U+ Member, you’ll have free rein of everything.Â
