UNION Plus (“U+”) Membership Agreement - January Promotion

 

These promotions are managed and operated by Union Manchester (East and West) Management Limited (“Union”) on behalf of the relevant building landlord / licensor.

January Promotion – UNION Plus (“U+”) Membership

U+ Membership is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Terms and expressions used in these promotion terms and conditions shall have the same meaning as those in the Terms and Conditions unless expressly stated otherwise.

Union are offering new customers only, one (1) free month of U+ Membership when a new customer signs up to six (6) months of U+ Membership during the month of January 2026 (“January U+ Promotion”).

  1. To be eligible for this offer, you must:
    1. Have an existing Occupancy Agreement at (i) Union East, 19 Water Street, Manchester M3 4JQ or (ii) Union East, 22 Water Street, M3 4BR; and
    2. Not be an existing U+ Membership Member;
    3. Sign up for at least six (6) months of U+ Membership before 23:59 on 31 January 2026;
  2. Signing up for U+ Membership can be completed by contacting residentcontracts@liveunion.com, speaking to your lettings agent, or the team at the front desk.
  3. A maximum of one (1) free month of U+ Membership can be obtained under this January U+ Promotion, signing up for twelve (12) months will not result in two (2) free months of U+ Membership being rewarded.
  4. This January U+ Promotion cannot be applied in conjunction any other U+ Membership promotion.
  5. This January U+ Promotion is only applicable to the individual signing up for U+ Membership and is non-transferable.
  6. This January U+ Promotion is exclusive to Union East and Union West.
  7. The decision to offer this is at the absolute discretion of Union and is subject to availability.  Union reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute this January U+ Promotion for another with different terms at any time and without notice or liability to you.
  8. The January U+ Promotion is not cashback but is a discount on your monthly U+ Membership which will be reflected as 1 free month free for the first month of the 6 month agreement.
  9. Any person who subscribed to a U+ Membership before 19/01/26 shall not be eligible for the January U+ Promotion.
