Union Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion is managed and operated by Union Manchester (East and West) Management Limited (company registered number 10976545) (“Union”) on behalf of the relevant building landlord / licensor. 

Mates Rates Promotion

  1. Union is offering a rental discount to reward you for making a booking at a cluster apartment or studio apartment in Union East or Union West (“Mates Rates Discount Offer”).

  2. The Mates Rates Discount Offer will run from 12:00am 23 February 2026 until 11:59pm 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

  3. The rental discount is equal to £90 discount on all room types (“Rental Discount”).


Eligibility criteria for participating in the Mates Rates Discount Offer

  1. To be eligible for this offer, you must:

    1. Book within the Promotion Period; and

    2. Sign up to a new tenancy / licence agreement which has an occupancy start date within the Promotion period and which has an occupancy period for no longer than 6 months; and

    3. Have completed the “smartmatch” criteria about yourself on the liveunion.com website for others to match against; and

    4. Not already have a current tenancy or licence agreement in Union East or Union West.


Additional Terms

  1. This Mates Rates Discount Offer cannot be applied in conjunction any other Union promotion, with the exception of the Friends + Benefits Promotion See Terms and Conditions here: https://liveunion.com/terms-conditions/

  2. This Mates Rates Discount Offer is only applicable to the individual making the booking and is non-transferable.

  3. This Mates Rates Discount Offer is exclusive to Union East and Union West.

  4. The decision to offer this is at the absolute discretion of Union and is subject to availability. Union reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute this Mates Rates Discount Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice or liability to you.

  5. The Mates Rates Discount Offer is not cashback; the Rental Discount is a discount on your monthly rent or licence fee which will be reflected in your occupancy agreement.

  6. Any person who made a booking before 23rd February 2026 shall not be eligible for the Mates Rates Discount Offer.
