Gym

Cool low lighting. High-spec equipment. Free weights section. And a quiet yoga studio. Our fully equipped gym here at Union is real PB territory. And as a U+ member, you’ll get 24/7 access to it. 

Whether you’re a stair master stan, bench bro or treadmill trackstar, our gym works for every workout.

Co-Work

Bored of working from your room? We get it.

The WFH lifestyle can be a lonely one. You may even get to 4pm and realise that you haven’t spoken to a real person all day. 

That’s why we made Co-Work. 

Our Co-Work space is probably our most popular perk, designed to bring you all the funnest parts of office culture. The vibes are always high here. 

As a U+ member, you’ll get unlimited access to the Co-Work space, hot desks, private meeting rooms and soundproof booths.

You’ll even get free printing, too. That’s a pretty sweet deal, if we do say so ourselves.

The thing we love most about Co-Work is the community inside it. So many of our residents say that they made friends just from working at Co-Work. Here, you’ll be working alongside the city’s talented creatives, graduates and young professionals.

Laundry

Let’s be so real. No one likes laundry. But you might start to like it more at Union.

As a U+ member, you’ll get loads of free laundry. Quite literally. 16 wash-and-dry’s every month, if we’re being specific. 

Our laundry room is decked out with top-of-the-range machines. Plus, all of our machines are pre-loaded with washing detergent. All you have to do is separate your whites and darks, and collect your load when it’s done.

Events

We know how to live in the moment here at Union. 

As a U+ member, you’ll be one of the first to know about our upcoming events. Whether it’s a pop-up party serving free drinks, a sunrise pilates session, or a city bar hop around your favourite spots, we love bringing people together in the name of the plot.
