Bookers at Co-op Live have smashed the opening line-up of acts for the multimillion pound music venue. The list is looking immense and here are the best acts to secure tickets for before they’re all snapped up.

Liam Gallagher

No maybe about it, Liam Gallagher will definitely be the best thing you see in Manchester next year. He will be playing the iconic ‘Definitely Maybe’ album in full, 30 years on from its release, this one will be special.

We’ve noticed a trend of Manchester acts kicking off the first round of events. Salford raised funny man Jason Manford will be concluding his ‘A Manford All Seasons’ tour at the Co-op Live arena in 2025.

Take That

One of the most successful boy bands to ever take to the stage, Take That, are part of the opening round of events. Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald are playing a massive seven shows at the Co-op Live, as well as being joined by special guest Olly Murs.

Finally, we end the list with another band born out of Greater Manchester. Elbow has been announced to play at the Co-op Live, for one night only. Led by Guy Garvey the band will be embarking on their first tour since 2018, to celebrate their 10th studio album. Tickets are on sale on Friday 27 October.
