New music from Coldplay, Fontaines D.C. and Ezra Collective is never a bad way to start the weekend. Here are our picks of the best tracks from this week.
Coldplay have returned with their first song since 2022. Back at their best, ‘feelslikeimfallinginlove’ is an easy listener, and will undoubtedly be a part of their upcoming album Moon Music. Their 10th album is set to launch on 4 October, so stay tuned for that.
Next up, Dublin-born band Fontaines D.C. are back with a new track called Favourite. Fontaines in our opinion are one of the best bands to see live, and luckily for you they are playing two dates across the road at Factory International in November.
Nemzzz’s meteoric 2024 rise continues with another release called WYA. The Manchester rapper brings the vibes with this one, get it on the playlist.
With the funky vibes in this week’s best releases is Ezra Collective and Yazmin Lacey. God Gave Me Feet For Dancing is perfect for those lazy Sunday mornings, stick it on full blast whilst cooking your eggs and thank us later.
]Finally, one for the night owls hitting town this weekend is Jamie XX and Robyn with Life. Perfect to stick on at pre-drinks, it’ll up the energy in no time.
