Rizzle Kicks is included in the best best tracks, which provide a rest bite from oasis

The news of Oasis’ return has truly captivated the nation, but it’s time to put your tambourine and cagoule away and take a break from listening to wonderwall for a bit as we bring you this week’s best tracks.

We can’t believe it’s been 13 years since Rizzle Kicks burst on to the scene with Down with the Trumpets. Jordan and Harley took some time away from the main stage, turning to acting and presenting, but are back with a new track Javelin after an eight-year hiatus. We are buzzing they’re back, the best music reunion we’ve seen all week!

Dafodil is the new track by Jamie XX, Kelsey Lu, John Glacier and Panda Bear. The collab is the first song released from Jamie XX’s new album ‘In Waves’ which is expected to be released in a couple of weeks, and it’s a good sign of things to come. Give it a listen and set your reminders for 20 September when the full album drops.

It must be new album season. Orla Gartland is set to release Everybody Needs a Hero on 4 October. The teaser track from the album is Late To The Party with Declan McKenna. This one is great for the guitar lovers among you.

Bringing the chilled vibes this week is Knucks, known for producing some of the most soothing Hip Hop coming out of the UK including his classic Los Pollos Hermanos. Give that one a listen and then his new track Studio Fit Riddim and then expect to find yourself in a Knucks music hole for the rest of the day.

Finally, one of the most successful artists to come out of Liverpool in the last few years and someone who has gained quite the cult following, Jamie Webster has just released 24 Hours In A&E.
