Union x Manchester Run Club (“MRC”) Promotion
These promotions are managed and operated by Union Manchester (East and West) Management Limited (company registered number 13561143), referred to throughout this document as “Union”, on behalf of the relevant building landlord.
1. Union provides living accommodation services at Union East and Union West (together the “Buildings”)
2. Union is offering a rental discount to reward new customers booking a cluster apartment or studio apartment in the Buildings (“Union x MRC Promotion”).
3. The rental discount is equal to £900, being comprised of a £150 reduction, from six (6) separate month’s rent (“Rental Discount”).
4.The Union x MRC Promotion will run from 12:00am 7 April 2026 until 11:59pm 7 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”)
Eligibility criteria for participating in the Union x MRC Promotion
5. To be eligible to participate in the Union x MRC Promotion, you:
must have attended at least one (1) MRC event within the Promotion Period. This can be evidenced by showing attendance via the Strava app (or similar app). This will be checked by the lettings team during the booking process, with the information being corroborated by MRC colleagues.
Eligibility criteria for claiming the Rental Discount
6. You will be eligible to claim the Rental Discount when the following conditions are met:
a. Union has confirmed you have met the eligibility criteria set out at clause 5; and
b.you first notify the lettings team of your intention to claim the Rental Discount when enquiring about making a booking; and
c. you have additionally notified Union of your intention to claim the Rental Discount within thirty (30) days after the start date of your tenancy agreement. After the expiry of this thirty (30) day period, you will no longer be able to claim the Rental Discount and all rights to the same are deemed forfeited by you; and
d. you are in occupation of the room under your tenancy agreement; and
e. all payments due to date under your tenancy agreement have been made.
Additional terms
7. Tenant Types:
a. A ‘New Tenant’ is an individual who:
- does not hold or has never held a tenancy agreement in the Buildings; and
- is not already active on Union’ client base or has not previously attended a viewing at the Buildings at the time they attempt to participate in the Union x MRC Promotion
8. The following terms also apply to the Union x MRC Promotion:
a. Union may in its sole discretion, have final determination on eligibility to participate in the Union x MRC Promotion and ability to redeem the Rental Discount, based on proposed room type of the occupant. Union will advise a prospective occupant at the time of booking their tenancy agreement whether or not they are eligible for the Union x MRC Promotion; and
b. the decision to offer this Union x MRC Promotion and Rental Discount is at the absolute discretion of Union and is subject to availability. Union reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute this Union x MRC Promotion, or replacing such promotion with another on different terms at any time and without notice or liability to you.
c. the Union x MRC Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer available at Union; and
d. signing up for a tenancy agreement can be completed by through the Union lettings team; and
e. this Union x MRC Promotion is only applicable to the individual signing up for a tenancy agreement and is non-transferable; and
f. this Union x MRC Promotion is exclusive to the Buildings; and
g. the Union x MRC Promotion is not cashback but is a discount on your monthly tenancy agreement rent, applying as follows:
- For a New Tenant, this will be reflected against your first rent instalment, and then onwards until each of the six (6) Rent Discounts have been applied.
