Working on something good? Day job, side hustle or creative collab, give your ideas room to become great. The U+ workspaces are fitted with all the stuff you need to plug in and get productive. What’s more? Free printing credit for all members too.
Bookable Spaces
A cosy takeaway for two or an altogether much bigger do. However you want to bring people together, make memories with old friends and new in a bookable social space. Dining in or just chilling out, the room’s all yours.

How do I sign up?
Signing up to U+ is super easy. Just let the Booking Team know when you book your room.
How much does the membership cost?
The U+ Membership costs £90 per month in addition to your monthly rent.
Can I book spaces if I’m not a member?
The Lounges, Gym, and Workspaces are exclusive to U+ Members. However, you can book Clubrooms to use at a charge.
