Union Survey Terms & Conditions – April 2026

  1. The promoter is: UNION MANCHESTER (EAST AND WEST) MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales with company no. 13561143, whose registered office is at Horseshoe Farm, Elkington Way, Alderley Edge, England, SK9 7GU (“Union”) and we are the promoter of this prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  3. Entrants must have a current tenancy agreement for Union at T1 or T2 for the entry to be valid. You must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry to be eligible.
  4. To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants must undertake the following within the period stipulated at paragraph 6: Complete the Union Resident Survey – April 2026 (“Resident Survey”). Residents can complete the Resident Survey by following this link: https://form.typeform.com/to/MigMwZ6m
  5. By entering this prize draw, each entrant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Union reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  6. The opening date for entries is 9:00am on 7th April 2026. The closing date of the prize draw will be 23:59pm on 21st April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for any reason or any entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  7. Entrants may only enter the prize draw once. Multiple entries may cause you to be disqualified.
  8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within five (5) days after the closing date.
  9. There will be four (4) winners in total for this promotion.
  10. Each of the four (4) winners will receive a £250 gift card of their choice. Union reserves the right to reject gift card brand choices which are deemed difficult to obtain, inappropriate or unethical.
  11. The prize will be as stated and no cash alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable by the winner and is subject to availability.
  12. The winner will be notified by 26th April 2026.
  13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days after being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Union reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above.
  14. Union will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / will be delivered.
  15. Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw promotion will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy: https://liveunion.com/privacy-policy/ By entering the prize draw, the entrant consents to their details being used in this way.
  16. Union (as the promoter of this competition) is required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Union may either publish or make available certain information about prize winners (including the name and location of prize winners). If you object to this information being published or made available, please contact Union at marketing@liveunion.com. In such circumstances, Union must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  17. Union reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw promotion at any time prior to the closing date of the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  18. Union shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time prior to the closing date of the prize draw by publishing any such modification or termination on https://liveunion.com/union-survey-terms-conditions/, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  19. Union’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draws shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  20. Union reserves the right to promote this prize draw on Instagram, subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of the aforementioned platforms. You acknowledge that: the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram; and Instagram will not be responsible or liable for this promotion or any aspect of it.
  21. Insofar as is permitted by law, Union, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Union its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  22. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
