What is coliving?
There’s no myth-busting to do here. Coliving is just people living together. But here at Union, we do things differently. We’ve mixed rent-by-the-room, flatmate matching, and flexible stays to give you freedom. Whether you’re here for a short time or long, we’re all about making city-centre living easy.
Do I rent a room or apartment?
Forget everything you know about sharing apartments. At Union, you rent by the room which means you’re only responsible for your room’s rent. If a flatmate leaves, it’s our problem not yours. We’ll find you a new flatmate who you’re likely to get on with (unless you already have a friend who wants to move in, that’s cool too).
How does flatmate matching work?
Flatmate matching makes meeting new people to live with simple. Whether you’re heading to Union solo or with friends, we’ll help you find new mates. Tell us what you’re into and we’ll find you an apartment with people you’re likely to get on with.
Can I have a look around?
Of course. Our booking team can show you around, just get in touch and we’ll sort a good time with you.
