FAQ’s
What is co-living?
There’s no myth-busting to do here. Co-living is just people living together. But here at Union, we do things differently. We’ve mixed rent-by-the-room, flatmate matching, and flexible stays to give you freedom. Whether you’re here for a short time or long, we’re all about making city-centre living easy.
Do I rent a room or apartment?
At Union, you rent by the room. That means you’re only responsible for your own space, not the total rental price of the apartment. If a flatmate leaves, don’t worry. We’ll match you with a new one who we reckon you’ll love. Have a friend who wants to move in? That’s cool, too. Send them our way.
How does flatmate matching work?
Before you move into Union, we’ll ask you some questions to get an idea of how you like to live. Based on your answers, we’ll pair you with people who share a similar outlook.
Can I have a look around?
Of course. Our booking team can show you around, just get in touch and we’ll sort a good time with you.
How do I book a room?
Booking a room is easy. Find a room or get in touch through our website and one of our booking team will be in touch to get things moving.
Can students live at Union?
Union is not available to students.
Is there car parking?
There’s no car parking available at Union. The closest car parking is the 24-hour NCP in Spinningfields, which is a 3-minute walk away. (New Quay Street, M3 3BE).
How do I report a maintenance problem?
Sometimes, things do just go wrong. When it happens, we’re ready for it. If you have a maintenance issue in your room or apartment, report it by popping to the Front Desk or by emailing: reportissuewest@liveunion.com or reportissueeast@liveunion.com. Please make sure you include your room and apartment number.
How long can I stay at Union?
