New Tracks released this week

BBC Radio 6 Music Festival returns to Manchester this weekend, you can read our preview here. If you’re unable to make it, fear not, your music fix isn’t limited. There are loads of new tracks this week that will power you through the weekend.

First up we have Manchester alternative indie band Porij, who were formed after meeting at the Royal Northern College of Music. Their new song is called Unpredictable, which is a euphoric alt tune that is definitely worth a listen.

It’s not often we have the same artist included twice in the same week, but Tommy Villiers does just that. Villiers is the DJ behind Porij and has a released a song under his name in collaboration with Flourish, which is called Marmalade. Another upbeat tune that has a garage feel to it.

Set to embark on a North American tour over the next couple of months, Two Door Cinema Club are back with an excellent new track. Happy Customers is its name and it should get those over the other side of the pond excited to hear them live.

Victoria Canal is a Spanish-American singer songwriter born in Germany (quite a unique mix that matches her unique music), her new song is called Chamomile, which is an easy listening track perfect for Sunday morning.

Finally, we have a song that will have you vibing all weekend. The name of the record is JOY (Life Goes On), by Ezra Collective, Sampa The Great and Joy Anonymous.
