Can I rent the whole 4 bed apartment?
Our rooms are designed on a rent-by-the-room basis, so you just rent your own ensuite room and enjoy the communal living area. But if you have mates you want to share with already that works too. You just each have your own room contract. So if any of you leave you aren’t left paying their share.
What's the difference between a standard and a large quad room
Union standard Quad rooms have plenty of space for everything you need. Each Quad apartment has two standard rooms and two large. The large Quad just has a touch more floor space.
What appliances are in the 4 bed communal area?
All Quad communal areas come fully furnished, with a fitted kitchen diner. You’ll get a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and 50” smart TV.
Is the bathroom shared?
Sharing is caring, but not when it comes to bathrooms. You’ll have your own private ensuite in your room.
What bills are included in my room rent?
All your bills are included with your room when you live in a 4 bed apartment. Utilities, Council Tax, TV licence and WiFi.
What happens if a flatmate leaves our 4 bed apartment?
When your flatmate decides to leave it can be stressful. How do you pay for their share? How do you make a new friend that wants to live with you? Not at Union. You rent-by-room so you’re only responsible for your room rent. If you’ve not got someone in mind to move in, we can help with our matching tool and fill the spare room easily.
