Can I rent the whole 3 bed apartment?
Our rooms are designed on a rent-by-the-room basis. This means you are responsible for your own room only. But if you have mates you want to share with already we can sort that too. You just each have your own room contract. So if one of you does leave you aren’t left paying their share.
What appliances are in the 3 bed communal area?
All Trio communal areas come fully furnished, with a fitted kitchen diner. You’ll get a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and 50” smart TV.
Do I share a bathroom?
Nope, your bedroom has an ensuite and it’s all yours.
What happens if a flatmate leaves our 3 bed?
